Ingredients
- •7 ounces extra-firm tofu
- •¼ cup raw cashews
- •1 tablespoon lemon juice
- •1 tablespoon raw sugar
- •1½ teaspoons brown or Dijon mustard
- •1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- •½ teaspoon sea salt
- •6 tablespoons canola oil
Cooking Instructions

Place the tofu, cashews, lemon juice, sugar, mustard, vinegar, and salt in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
