Ingredients

  • ¼ cup golden brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup coarse-grained Dijon mustard
  • 8 pounds spiral-cut smoked ham

Cooking Instructions
