Red Sangria
A classic Spanish cocktail made with red wine, brandy, and orange liqueur, infused with citrus fruits and fresh herbs. This refreshing drink is perfect for parties and summer entertaining.

- •2 whole oranges
- •1 whole lemon
- •1 whole lime
- •4 cups fresh firm fruits
- •1 gallon dry red wine
- •1½ cups orange liqueur
- •1½ cups Presidente brandy
- •2 bunches lemon verbena
- •2 cups fresh soft fruits
- •1 cup club soda
- •1 bottle champagne
- •1 bottle sparkling wine
Cooking Instructions

Combine citrus slices and other firm fruits in a large, nonreactive container. Add wine, liqueur, brandy, and lemon verbena. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or up to 3 days). When ready to serve, put some soft fruits into each wine glass and fill two-thirds full with the Sangria. Top off with a splash of club soda.
