Dijon Vinaigrette

A classic French vinaigrette made with Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and extra-virgin olive oil. Perfect for dressing salads or as a marinade.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon Sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Whisk lemon juice, Dijon mustard, vinegar, and garlic in a medium bowl. Gradually whisk in oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. DO AHEAD: Can be made 3 days ahead. Cover and chill. Return to room temperature before using.
