  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp light brown sugar
  • 1 whole serrano chile
  • ½ whole honeydew melon
  • 3 whole Persian cucumbers
  • 1 whole avocado
  • ¼ cup mint leaves
  • ¼ cup salted dry-roasted peanuts
  • 1 pinch flaky sea salt
