Evergreen Frittata

Ingredients

  • 10 large eggs
  • 1 to taste salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons flat-leaf parsley
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 8 ounces sour cream
