- •¼ teaspoon salt
- •1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- •½ cup unsweetened applesauce
- •½ cup buttermilk
- •½ cup honey
- •1 large egg
- •1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- •1 cups peeled and chopped apples
