  • cups white whole wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • ½ cup buttermilk
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cups peeled and chopped apples
