  • 6 slices thick slices sourdough bread, toasted
  • 6 tablespoons Country-style Dijon mustard
  • 6 slices smoked deli ham
  • 1 large tomato
  • 8 ounces Gruyère
  • 3 teaspoons fresh oregano
  • 1 pinch Kosher salt
  • 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
