Grilled Lime-Curry-Rubbed Hanger Steak with Fresh Melon-Cucumber Chutney

- •½ cup red onion
- •3 tablespoons lime juice

- •2 tablespoons lime juice
- •1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- •1 tablespoon curry powder
- •2 pounds hanger steak
