A simplified version of the classic Spanish dish featuring saffron rice, chorizo, shrimp, and vegetables. This quick and flavorful paella combines the richness of sausage with seafood and colorful vegetables for a satisfying one-pan meal.

Ingredients
- •¾ pound cooked chorizo or linguiça sausage, cut into chunks
- •4 tablespoons olive oil
- •1 pound saffron rice
- •9 ounce frozen artichoke hearts
- •8 ounce roasted red peppers
- •2 cups chicken or fish broth, or wine
- •1 pound large shrimp
- •1 cup frozen peas
