- •¾ cup soy sauce
- •⅓ cup dark brown sugar
- •2 tablespoons fresh ginger
- •4 cloves garlic
- •12 pieces skinless boneless chicken thighs
- •3 cups sticky rice
- •12 sheets seasoned nori wrappers
Cooking Instructions

Whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic in large bowl. DO AHEAD Can be made 2 hours ahead. Let stand at room temperature.
