- •¾ cup kimchi
- •2 whole scallions
- •1 cup cilantro
- •½ whole lime
- •1 pinch kosher salt
- •4 slices country-style bread
- •1 tbsp chili oil and sesame seeds

Mix cream cheese and 3/4 cup kimchi in a medium bowl.
