Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 medium green bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 box boil-in-bag rice
  • 1 can red kidney beans
  • 1 to taste black pepper
