  • 2 whole scallions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 piece ginger
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon unseasoned rice vinegar

  • ½ head green cabbage
  • 1 to taste Kosher salt
