Open-Face Chicken Burgers with Basil Mayonnaise

- •1 cup mayonnaise
- •1¼ cups fresh basil
- •3 tablespoons cornichons
- •2 whole green onions
- •1¼ pounds ground chicken
- •4 slices country white bread
- •4 slices heirloom tomato

Brush grill with oil; prepare barbecue (medium heat). Mix mayonnaise, 1 cup chopped basil, cornichons, brine, and onions in small bowl. Season basil mayonnaise with salt and pepper.
