Dominican Chimichurri Burgers

Ingredients

- •1 medium onion
- •½ large red bell pepper
- •2 cloves garlic
- •⅓ cup cilantro
- •1 teaspoon dried oregano
- •2 teaspoons soy sauce
- •1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- •4 whole hamburger buns
- •2 cups cabbage
- •1 whole carrot
- •1 small red onion
- •1 whole tomato
- •2 tablespoons ketchup
- •2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- •1 tablespoon yellow mustard
