- •¼ cup walnut oil
- •¼ cup olive oil
- •1 pinch Fine sea salt
- •8 leaves butter lettuce
- •3 whole avocados
- •3 whole Ruby Red grapefruits

Whisk first 3 ingredients in small bowl to blend. Gradually whisk in both oils. Season dressing to taste with sea salt and pepper.
