Coleslaw

A classic crisp coleslaw made with fresh shredded cabbage, onion, bell pepper, and carrot, tossed in a creamy mayonnaise-based dressing with a perfect balance of tangy and sweet.

Ingredients

  • pound green cabbage
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 large green bell pepper
  • 1 large carrot
  • cups mayonnaise
  • cup cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
