  • 6 whole cornichons
  • cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
  • to taste Kosher salt and pepper
  • 3 whole hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mixed herbs
