Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake
A delicious hybrid between a chocolate chip cookie and a cake, made with a blend of all-purpose and whole wheat flours, brown sugar, and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Perfect for special occasions or whenever you want a fun twist on the classic chocolate chip cookie.
Ingredients
- •½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- •½ cup packed brown sugar
- •¼ cup white sugar
- •1 large eggs
- •2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- •½ cup all purpose flour
- •½ cup whole wheat flour
- •½ teaspoon baking soda
- •¼ teaspoon salt
- •1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Cream the butter and sugar in a standing mixer (or in a bowl using a hand mixer) for 4-5 minutes until light and fluffy.
