  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4 ears corn
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup chipotle mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Cotija cheese

Cooking Instructions
