Shrimp with Salsa, Avocado, and Chips

Ingredients

  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • ¼ cup white onion
  • ¼ cup cilantro
  • teaspoons serrano chile
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 pound peeled cooked shrimp
  • 2 whole avocados
  • 2 cups green cabbage
  • ½ cup tortilla chips
  • 4 pieces wide jars
  • 1 serving tortilla chips

Cooking Instructions

    Stir together tomatoes, onion, cilantro, chile, ketchup, 1 tablespoon lime juice, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Stir in shrimp and season with salt and pepper.
