Molten Chocolate Chunk Brownies

Rich and decadent brownies made with dark chocolate chunks, cocoa powder, and two types of sugar for the perfect fudgy texture. These brownies are best served warm when the chocolate chunks are still melted.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain flour
  • ¾ cup cocoa
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1⅓ cups caster sugar
  • 175 g unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 125 g dark chocolate
  • chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Place the flour, cocoa, both the sugars, the butter, vanilla and eggs in a large bowl and mix until smooth.

    Add the chocolate and stir to combine.

    Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F).

    Lightly grease a 20cm square tin and line with non-stick baking paper.

    Spread the mixture into the tin.

    Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until the brownie is set.
