Flank Steak
Tender, marinated flank steaks grilled to perfection with a flavorful blend of red wine, soy sauce, garlic, and parsley. This classic dish is perfect for a family dinner or special occasion.
Ingredients
- •⅔ cup dry red wine
- •⅔ cup soy sauce
- •6 cloves garlic
- •⅓ cup flat-leaf parsley
- •1 to taste black pepper
- •2 piece flank steak

1. Combine the marinade ingredients in a nonreactive bowl. Add the flank steaks and coat well with the marinade.

2. Marinate the steaks, covered, in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or overnight, turning once. Remove from the marinade and pat dry.
