Ingredients

  • ¼ cup peanut or vegetable oil
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 2 whole jalapeños
  • 2 whole scallions
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro
  • ½ cup salted roasted peanuts
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 portion Crispy Salt-and-Pepper Chicken Skin
  • 4 wedges lime
