Flaxseed, Fig, and Walnut Crackers
Wholesome homemade crackers made with a nutritious blend of whole wheat flour, flaxseeds, walnuts, and dried figs. These crackers are lightly sweetened with brown sugar and have a rich, nutty flavor perfect for snacking.
Ingredients
- •⅓ cup whole flaxseed
- •¼ cup ground flaxseed
- •1½ cups whole-wheat flour
- •½ teaspoon baking powder
- •¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- •1⅓ tablespoon brown sugar
- •4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- •¼ cup walnuts
- •1 cup dried figs
- •½ cup soy milk
