Flaxseed, Fig, and Walnut Crackers

Wholesome homemade crackers made with a nutritious blend of whole wheat flour, flaxseeds, walnuts, and dried figs. These crackers are lightly sweetened with brown sugar and have a rich, nutty flavor perfect for snacking.

Ingredients

  • cup whole flaxseed
  • ¼ cup ground flaxseed
  • cups whole-wheat flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1⅓ tablespoon brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup walnuts
  • 1 cup dried figs
  • ½ cup soy milk
