  • 1 whole small onion
  • ½ whole green bell pepper
  • ½ whole red bell pepper
  • ½ whole yellow bell pepper
  • 6 whole scallions
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup parsley
  • ½ cup olive or canola oil
  • 6 leaves basil
