- •½ cup whole garlic cloves
- •2 cups sliced mushrooms
- •4 cups chopped greens
- •2 cups water
- •1 cup wild rice
- •1 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- •1 teaspoon hot sauce
- •6 whole bell peppers
