Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • ¾ teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon finely grated lemon peel
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 large green onion
  • 2 ounces smoked salmon
