Plum Salad with Black Pepper and Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp sherry vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp cracked black pepper
  • 6 whole plums
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch flaky sea salt
