Apricots, Yogurt, and Honey

Ingredients

  • 1 whole ripe apricot, halved and pitted
  • 4 tablespoons regular plain or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted roasted pistachios
