- •4 cups torn escarole
- •3 tablespoons Roasted Garlic Chili Sauce
- •1 pinch Kosher salt
- •4 whole Pickled Scallions
- •1 cup Spicy Tofu Crumbles
- •2 whole thinly sliced radish
- •2 tablespoons chopped peanuts
Cooking Instructions

Cook noodles according to package directions. During the last minute of cooking, add escarole. Drain and rinse under cold water.
