- •¾ cup jicama
- •¾ cup corn kernels
- •¾ cup radishes
- •½ whole avocado
- •1 whole red bell pepper
- •¼ cup feta cheese
- •¼ cup lime juice
- •¼ cup olive oil
- •2 tbsp honey
- •2 tbsp cilantro
