Ingredients

  • cups romaine lettuce
  • 1 can black beans
  • ¾ cup tomato
  • ¾ cup jicama
  • ¾ cup corn kernels
  • ¾ cup radishes
  • ½ whole avocado
  • 1 whole red bell pepper
  • ¼ cup feta cheese
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp cilantro
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp jalapeño pepper
