Cornish Hen in Port Wine and Fig Preserves

  • 1 whole Cornish game hen
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • ¼ cup fig preserves
  • ¼ cup port wine
