Ingredients

  • 2 whole whole pasture-raised chicken legs, thighs, and drumsticks separated
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons whole-grain mustard
  • 4 cloves garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
