Mozzarella and Pepper Cooler-Pressed Sandwiches

  • 1 jar roasted red bell peppers
  • 1 pinch hot-pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Italian parsley
  • 1 container bocconcini in oil
  • ½ piece baguette
  • 1 slice sliced baguette
  • 1 preparation bread preparation
