Ingredients

  • ¾ pound lacinato kale
  • 2 tablespoons shallot
  • tablespoons lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 ounces ricotta salata
