Garden Greens with Yellow Tomatoes and Peaches

- •⅓ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- •2 tablespoons minced shallot
- •2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
- •1½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- •8 cups mixed baby greens
- •4 small yellow tomatoes
- •2 small yellow peaches

Whisk first 4 ingredients to blend in medium bowl. Season dressing to taste with salt and pepper. DO AHEAD: Can be made 2 hours ahead. Let stand at room temperature.
