- •2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- •1 tablespoon sugar
- •2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- •1 piece fresh serrano or jalapeño chile
- •¼ teaspoon Asian fish sauce
- •½ whole seedless cucumber
- •½ whole pineapple
- •½ cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
