Grilled Halloumi With Strawberries And Herbs
A delightful combination of grilled salty halloumi cheese paired with sweet strawberries and fresh herbs. The dish is dressed with a zesty lime and serrano chile vinaigrette for a perfect balance of flavors.
Ingredients
- •4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
- •2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- •2 teaspoons agave nectar
- •1 piece serrano chile
- •1 to taste black pepper
- •6 ounces strawberries
- •1 package halloumi cheese
- •2 tablespoons fresh mint
- •2 tablespoons fresh cilantro

To make the dressing, whisk together 3 tablespoons oil, lime juice, agave nectar, chile, and pepper to taste. Toss with strawberries and set aside.
