Salmon Glazed with Honey and Mustard
A delicious salmon fillet glazed with a sweet and tangy mixture of honey, Dijon mustard, and caraway seeds. This broiled dish creates a perfect balance of flavors that complement the rich, tender salmon.

- •1 clove garlic
- •3 tablespoons grainy Dijon mustard
- •2 tablespoons mild honey
- •½ teaspoon cider vinegar
- •½ teaspoon caraway seeds

Preheat broiler. Line rack of a broiler pan with foil and lightly coat with oil.
