Orange-Cardamom Spritzer
A sophisticated and refreshing cocktail combining the effervescence of prosecco with aromatic cardamom syrup and orange notes, finished with a dash of bitters.

- •½ cup granulated sugar
- •½ cup water
- •2 teaspoons lightly crushed whole cardamom pods
- •2 inch orange zest
- •1 bottle prosecco
- •1 batch Cardamom syrup
- •8 dash Angostura bitters
- •8 piece Orange twists

Cooking Instructions

In a small saucepan, combine all the ingredients and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved, then remove from heat. Let syrup cool to room temperature, then strain.
