Garlic Mojo Hot Dogs
Grilled all-beef hot dogs topped with a zesty Cuban-inspired mojo sauce, fresh avocado, pineapple, and lettuce. The garlic-citrus mojo sauce adds a bright, tangy flavor to these loaded hot dogs.

- •¼ cup olive oil
- •6 cloves garlic
- •1 whole tomato
- •⅓ cup fresh lime juice
- •⅓ cup fresh orange juice
- •½ teaspoon ground cumin
- •1 to taste Coarse kosher salt
- •6 whole hot dog buns
- •1½ cups romaine lettuce
- •6 whole all-beef hot dogs
- •2 whole avocados
- •⅔ cup pineapple
Cooking Instructions

Heat oil in heavy medium skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; stir 30 seconds. Add next 4 ingredients; bring to simmer. Remove from heat. Season mojo sauce to taste with coarse salt and pepper.
