Blackberry Mojitos
A refreshing twist on the classic mojito, combining fresh blackberries, mint leaves, and light rum with lime juice and club soda for a perfectly balanced summer cocktail.

- •8 leaves fresh mint leaves
- •½ cup fresh blackberries
- •1 tablespoon light agave syrup
- •1 cup Ice cubes
- •½ cup light rum
- •¼ cup fresh lime juice
- •2 cups Crushed ice
- •½ cup Lime-flavored club soda
- •2 slices Lime slices

1. Add the mint leaves, blackberries, and agave syrup to a cocktail shaker. Using a muddler or the handle of a wooden spoon, muddle the ingredients until the mint is fragrant. Add the ice cubes, rum, and lime juice. Cover and shake vigorously to chill.
