Crispy Cinnamon Garbanzo Beans
A crunchy and lightly sweetened snack made from roasted chickpeas, seasoned with warm cinnamon and salt. Perfect for healthy snacking, these crispy garbanzo beans offer a delightful combination of protein and spice.

- •2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- •2 tablespoons raw (or regular granulated) sugar
- •½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- •1 teaspoon salt

1. Soak the beans overnight in cool water. Drain and pat them dry with paper towels.
