Mint Julep Pineapple

A refreshing twist on the classic mint julep cocktail using fresh pineapple. Bourbon-soaked pineapple slices are infused with fresh mint and sweetened with sugar for an elegant dessert or cocktail accompaniment.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons bourbon or blended whiskey
  • ¼ cup fresh mint
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 medium pineapple

    Stir together bourbon, chopped mint, and sugar in a small bowl. Let stand 20 minutes (to allow flavors to develop).
