  • 16 whole Italian plums
  • cup cocktail onions
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 oz arugula
  • to taste Kosher salt and pepper
  • 3 oz Parmesan
  • thinly sliced

Cooking Instructions
