Triple Smoke Burger
A flavorful burger featuring three smoky elements: chipotle in adobo, smoked paprika, and crispy bacon. Topped with grilled onions, avocado, and a spicy chipotle-mayo sauce.

- •1½ tablespoons Dijon mustard
- •2 tablespoons chipotle in adobo
- •8 slices bacon
- •1½ pounds ground beef chuck
- •2 teaspoons sweet smoked paprika
- •1 large red onion
- •1 whole avocado
- •2 tablespoons olive oil
- •4 whole hamburger buns
- •1 cup lettuce and cilantro
- •1 piece instant-read thermometer
Cooking Instructions

In a food processor or blender, purée mayonnaise, mustard, and 1 tablespoon chipotle; transfer to a bowl.
