  • •½ portion shredded Slow-Roasted Lamb Shoulder
  • •300 g goat cheese
  • •1 whole pomegranate seeds
  • •1 whole long green chile
  • •½ portion Salsa Verde
  • •1 handful baby basil

Cooking Instructions
