Chipotle Barbecue Pulled Turkey Drumstick Sliders with Brussels Sprout Slaw
Tender braised turkey drumsticks shredded and tossed in a smoky chipotle barbecue sauce, served on slider buns with a crisp Brussels sprout slaw. Perfect for casual entertaining or game day gatherings.
Ingredients
- •2½ pounds turkey drumsticks
- •1 medium onion
- •2 tablespoons olive oil
- •1 teaspoon Salt
- •2 cloves garlic
- •1 tablespoon chili powder
- •1 teaspoon ground cumin
- •½ cup ketchup
- •⅓ cup cider vinegar
- •2 tablespoons chipotle chiles in adobo
- •1 tablespoon molasses
- •½ cup water
- •¼ teaspoon black pepper
- •16 rolls slider rolls
- •1 batch Brussels Sprout Slaw
- •1 piece Dutch oven

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Remove turkey skin.

Cook onion in oil with 1/2 teaspoon salt in Dutch oven over medium heat, covered, stirring occasionally, until well softened, about 10 minutes.
